There once was a girl named Mandy and she had three nephews Danny 5, Jimmy 8 and Larry 12. She often had to watch over them, which she felt a hideous task but her Aunt paid her well! I had a a babysitting job last night that was the stinkiest ever! My adult baby I sat for was in disposable diapers cause his AB Mommy said he was not allowed to be with out them. Why on earth would you ever want to call me a Pout Pout Fish?? You see that face that the fish is making? Well that was me last night when the Philadelphia Phillies lost to the Giants! Stupid Giants!   I really really wish they would of won so I could cheer them on as they play the Rangers…and OH..MAH…GAWD do I ever HATE the Rangers, so now my only option is to cheer for the team that beat MY team.  Sucky situation people, suck-EEEEEEE!  So I have two choices, just do NOT watch the World Series, or cheer on a Team I don’t like.  Hmmmmm.

On one of our many camping trips to the Adirondacks the whole family were walking on a trail and we came to a short wooden bridge.  My Mom was bringing up the rear, all of us kids made it okay, and then came my Mom.  It had rained that morning so the bridge was a little slick.  While my Mom was crossing the bridge she lost her footing and fell off the side of the bridge.  My Dad put his pack down and scrambled down the side to help my Mom out of the gully.  Once they both got back to the top and he had checked her to make sure she was okay he put his pack on and before carrying on looked at her and said, “There are other bridges like this one on this trail, and they will be slippery, if you feel yourself loosing your footing try to fall so the edge of the bridge goes up your ass crack so you can clamp on like a big  jiggly paperclip until I can get there.”  Then he walked away. See I’m nothing like him, fore I would of added that she must of hit some ugly sticks on the way down.

I’m not sure why but I love this picture.  The rose isn’t fresh and new, and it’s starting to wither a bit.  I guess maybe I like it because it says Such a pretty girl over the flower that isn’t absolutely perfect.  Sometimes we all think there is something wrong with the way we look.  We complain that we aren’t skinny enough, or that our looks aren’t those of Actresses we see, or we don’t have enough money.  All of these things are secondary, they really are.  It doesn’t matter what you look like, it’s how you treat people, how you treat yourself, how you present yourself to others, if you are kind, and generous, not nasty and cold hearted that makes the difference and makes you beautiful.  So even if you aren’t a perfect rose, you are still a pretty girl.

Sometimes i think it was better than my coloring books which wasn’t many but i was happy with what i had  mom would say what in that book would you like and i would take and circle just what i thought Santa would bring me even though most of the time it didn’t happen i took advantage of wishing because i loved those wishing books yeah thats what we called them. lol because you wished for what you didn’t have or wanted.
